Attorney Ben Churchill is the most recent addition to the firm. He joined Malek & Malek as a law clerk in 2007. Immediately after passing the bar examination in 2008, the firm quickly hired this young talent. Prior to entering law school at Capital University in 2005, Ben graduated cum laude from Ohio State University with a bachelor's degree in English. While attending Ohio State, Ben was an officer in Students for Choice and was also a member of the Ohio Student Democrats.

After transitioning to law school at Capital University, Ben again became actively engaged with student politics and was elected President of the Capital University Law School Democrats. Before beginning his career with Malek & Malek, he assisted the Columbus City Attorney in its Prosecution Resources Unit. Ben currently focuses his practice on workers' compensation, helping victims of work-related accidents recover damages and regain their former quality of life.
