Bill is the Office Manager here at Malek & Malek and is responsible for the bookkeeping, client settlement disbursement preparation, general office duties and assistance to the attorneys and staff. He joined the Malek & Malek team part-tim e in January of 2012, while still operating his restaurant business. After his business sold in September of 2014, he started working full-time for Malek & Malek.
He was born and raised in Canton, Ohio and was hired by a local bank a few months after graduating high school as a check sorter operator. While furthering his education, he continued to work at the bank and ultimately worked his way up to the Vice President of Operations position after 21 years (and two bank acquisitions) before leaving to open his own restaurant business with his best friend here in Columbus, Ohio. After 18 years in the restaurant business, they decided to pursue other interests and sold the business. Bill says he loves the work he does here at Malek & Malek, enjoys the people he works with and takes pride in being able to contribute to the success of the firm.
