Overview

James Malek has been an attorney since 1995. He has tried numerous personal injury and worker’s compensation cases to jurors throughout the state of Ohio.

James has a an background in zoology and marine biology. This background colours how James approaches his cases, with righour and detailed analysis. Less bluff and buster than the stereotypical attorney, more substance and precision. In this way he’s been able to achieve multiple 7 figure case results through years. James’ current focus at the firm is major personal injury cases, including those where a family member has died as a result of neglience of others. These are typically complicated cases with many moving parts. 

In addition to working on his own casse, James Malek serves a mentor and guide at the firm for the other attorneys at the firm, including Jeff Kluesner.

Outside of work, James enjoys a number of pursuits including, fishing, hunting, and cultivating plants at his home in Newcomerstown, Ohio. James is incredibly proud of his two children; he will gladly bend your ear and discuss their exploits and achievements if you give him an opportunity.
