Overview
JD Bellamy joined Malek and Malek this past fall bringing years of personal injury, worker’s comp and other law firm paralegal experience with him from working at law firms in Cincinnati and Columbus.
He grew up in rural southern Ohio with his grandparents. He holds a dual BA in History and Asian Studies from Berea College in Kentucky, professional certificate in paralegal technology along with a MS in Criminal Justice from the University of Cincinnati. He also graduated from the OPOTA police academy and served as a police officer in a small town outside of Cincinnati along with being a school resource officer for two universities.
JD moved from Cincinnati to Columbus to marry his spouse Paul. They reside near Grove City with their rescue dog Scarlett. JD enjoys a myriad array of activities ranging from cooking, holiday decorating, and movies to camping, hiking and shooting. JD also enjoys traveling and has visited thirty-seven states along with a dozen countries.
